Jamaica lose at the death against Gibraltar

Jamaica fell to a loss at the death against Gibraltar on Saturday. Played in front of a full-house at Europa Sports Park, the home side came back from a 12-7 half-time deficit to complete a 20-15 win.

The match continues the growing rivalry between Gibraltar and Jamaica. The teams played in Birmingham, UK last November. Gibraltar won that match 36-18. Prior to that the teams met in 2020 with Jamaica completing a 17-15 away win at Europa Sports Park.

Unlike the match in November 2022, Jamaica had the lead at half-time this time. What was similar about the second half was Gibraltar scoring more points in the second-half.
