Guido Petti is sidelined until March. Bordeaux will be without the Argentine second-rower for upcoming competition in the European Champions Cup and the French Top 14.
Petti’s injury is a minor knee problem. He has complained of discomfort. Bordeaux have prioritized having Petti fully-fit for the business end of the season. This also means that he will have a needed rest; no global season has ssen many Pumas playing for club and country for over 12 months.
Argentina’s next test match will be in July. Los Pumas are to play host to Scotland in three matches. Selection for the 2021 July Internationals saw the top side involved. If this is replicated that Petti will be in the frame to start the matches against Scotland.
