Ross Neal signs short-term deal with Saracens

Ross Neal has signed a short-term contract with Saracens of the English Premiership. The 25-year-old joins on loan from the Seattle Seawolves as extra midfield cover due to a combination of injuries and expected international call-ups during the November test window.

Despite missing four games this season, Neal was joint top try scorer for Seattle with 8 in 12 games. He also acted as vice-captain while splitting his time between outside center and wing. Neal signed a new three-year deal with the Seawolves in July.

This will be the third Premiership club for the England native. Neal played for Wasps prior to making the move to Seattle, and signed a similar short-term deal with London Irish between the 2020 and 2021 Major League Rugby campaigns. He has also played for RFU Championship side London Scottish.
