David Busby re-signs for Seattle Seawolves

The Seattle Seawolves continue to slowly roll out player announcements, with the vast majority to date re-signings. David Busby is the latest to commit for the 2021 Major League Rugby season, another expected returnee who debuted for the club last year.

Busby joined from Ulster and made a positive impression in his first five games with Seattle. He showed his versatility playing at both outside center and on the wing, though it’s at the latter where he should find himself on a regular basis in 2021 following the departure of Jeff Hassler to Austin.

With the Tamaivena twins, Brock Staller, and Mat Turner also confirmed in the outside backs it’s a mostly familiar look for the Seawolves backline. Juan Pablo Aguirre has arrived from New York to bolster the midfield, with Devereaux Ferris adding depth at scrumhalf.
