Fleck: “The Jaguares are the threat in the Africa conferences”

The Head Coach of the Stormers Super Rugby franchise, Robbie Fleck is of the firm opinion that Argentina’s franchise, Los Jaguares are to be a strong side.

Speaking to Super Sport the former Springbok suggests that Argentina is the team to beat in the South African side of the competition. “The Jaguares are the threat in the Africa conferences, there is no doubt about that. They are going to be a tough nut not only for the South African teams, but also the Australian and New Zealand teams.”

While holding back from saying Los Jaguares can go all the way he did say “I won’t say at this stage whether I think they can win the competition, but they are definitely going to be a massive threat and pose big questions of all the teams they play against.”

Los Jaguares preparation for the competition is to involve a warm-up fixture against the Stormers in South Africa next week.
