Americas Rankings – November 08 2020

For just the second time in 2020 the Americas Rankings have been updated. Changes have been made following the completion of international activities this weekend. There were two matches involving the Americas, one of which was capped.

Uruguay were home winners of Spain on Friday. The 19-10 result sees Uruguay gaining 0.937 points. The updated rankings see Uruguay climbing from 66.08 to 67.02 points. Spain fall from 68.45 to 67.51 points. This change sees Spain falling to 17th in the world. The USA rise one place to 16th.

Argentina played against the Australia XV on Saturday. The match was not capped and therefore does not apply to rankings. Argentina will, however, play next weekend. In their first match since RWC 2019, Los Pumas will face New Zealand in Sydney. It will count towards rankings.
