Brock Staller will return for a fourth season with the Seattle Seawolves. The 28-year-old Canadian international has committed to the 2021 Major League Rugby campaign, the third player officially confirmed by the club following Mat Turner and Tim Metcher.
Staller is the second-leading points scorer in MLR history. He led the league with 223 points in 2019, a single-season high, and trails only Houston’s Sam Windsor all-time. This past season Staller played all five matches for the Seawolves, scoring 30 points.
Used almost exclusively on the right wing by Seattle, Staller has also played outside center and fullback for Canada. His most recent test appearance was against Russia in June 2018. Staller missed out on World Cup selection with now former Seawolves teammate Jeff Hassler among those preferred.
