Full Match – Georgia vs USA 2013

The USA Eagles’ November 2013 series saw a home match against the Maori All Blacks and two road matches in Europe. The second of these fixtures saw the North Americans playing in Rustavi, Georgia;

The match went down in history as a great comeback win. The USA Eagles won the match in dramatic fashion as fly half Adam Siddall slotted a kick on full-time which saw the Todd Clever captained side jumping for joy as they pulled-off a two point victory.

Clever’s side did not start the match so well. Georgia were fasted out of the blocks, holding a 10-0 lead. The Eagles fought back to make it a two point deficit at half-time. The drama continued for the duration before the climatic moment had the fate in the boot of Siddall in the final play of the match.
