New Look Jaguares XV For Final Round Fixture

A new look Jaguares XV line-up will take to the field for the final round fixture of the Currie Cup first division on Friday.  The match is to be against the Leopards and will see twelve changes from the side which defeated Valke 122-19.

Head Coach Ignacio Fernández Lobbe is without Santiago Carreras, and Bautista Delguy who were called-up by Mario Ledesma for Los Pumas. The former will feature from the bench against South Africa on Saturday.

Of the forwards who faced Valke the retained players are hooker Leonel Oviedo, and tight head prop Martín Fernández Segurotti. At loose head Rodrigo Martínez replaces Nicolás Solveyra.

The second-row will see Santiago Portillo joining Franco Molina in a move which sees the former playing out of position. The selection will enable Santiago Montagner to start at N8 and also see both Jerónimo Ureta, and Ignacio Calas rested.

Santiago Grondona, and Lucas Santa Cruz replace Francisco Gorrissen, and Lautaro Bavaro w as the flankers with Mortagner taking over from  Rodrigo Bruni.

In the backs Ignacio Inchauspe, and Martín Elías take over from Gregorio del Prete, and Domingo Miotti in the halves. Bautista Ezcurra, and Tomás Cubilla will be the mid-fielders while Mateo Carreras will make his Jaguares XV debut from the wing.
