Match Highlights – Uruguay vs Spain

Spain were too strong for Uruguay, completing a 41-21 victory  on Saturday evening. The result was of note for both teams ahead of RWC 2019. For the hosts it demonstrated that a disjointed performance will cost them notably, while for the visitors it underlined the tragedy of Belgium-gate.

Spain outscored Uruguay by six tries to three, scoring twice from basic Uruguayan errors. They would be in front throughout the match with Uruguay having no answer to the Europeans.
