La Catedral To Host Nacional de Clubes Final

La Catedral is to host the Nacional de Clubes Final. Set to be played on Saturday July 29 the match will determine the 2017 Argentine National Club Champion.

La Catedral is the home of Buenos Aires club CASI (Club Atlético San Isidro). The traditional field is situation in the Northern Buenos Aires suburb of San Isidro, a rugby stronghold.

CASI was initially set to be the home ground of Los Jaguares in Super Rugby. The club, however, opted out of an agreement with the UAR. This resulted in Velez Sarsfield becoming the home ground of the team.

This year’s Nacional de Clubes final will be a Buenos Aires vs Córdoba match-up. Hindú Club will take-on Tala RC. The final will be a double-header. It is to follow the international fixture between the Argentina XV and French Top 14 side Toulon.
