Training in Costa Rica with former Belgium Captain

Costa Rica’s governing body, the Federación de Rugby de Costa Rica has sent an open invitation to the rugby community to attend a training session today at the Liceo Franco Costarricense. Former Belgium captain Alain Gérard is to be present.

The training will be directed towards strategy, players and the country’s men’s and women’s national Rugby Sevens teams. Gérard is the most capped Belgium player of all time and is now a Rugby Sevens coach. He won a number of national titles with ASUD Waterloo and was test captain for more than ten years (1981-1996).
