Peñarol got the job done in Tucumán on Monday. The Uruguayans were 21-16 away winners over Los Tarucas. The tight contest was only decided with the full-time whistle; Los Tarucas had several try scoring opportunities in the final minutes.

- Early tries to Felipe Etcheverry and Santiago Civetta had Peñarol in a commanding position. The lead came after Peñarol’s forwards had won the contact battle.
