Spain mini-tournament set for Brazil, Canada, and USA

Spain will host a mini-tournament including three Americas sides next month. Brazil, Canada, and the USA will travel to Villajoyosa but each team will play only two tests instead of three.

The opening weekend on November 11 will see the Eagles playing Os Tupis and the Maple Leafs squaring off against the host Leones. On November 18 the winners of the first weekend will play for top bragging rights with the losers in a consolation battle.

All four teams missed out on the World Cup though two of them are ranked inside the official Top 20. The USA are the highest-ranked team at No18 with Spain two spots behind at No20. Canada are currently ranked 23rd with Brazil the lowest-ranked team competing at No26.

FIXTURES
11/11 – USA vs Brazil, Spain vs Canada
11/18 – Winner M1 vs Winner M2, Loser M1 vs Loser M2
