World Rugby confirms fixtures for new WXV tournament

World Rugby have confirmed the full fixtures list for the inaugural WXV year-end tournament. Split into three divisions, the rankings were determined through qualifying tournaments earlier this year. Three Americas teams will compete with Canada in the top division, the USA in the second division, and Colombia in the third division.

New Zealand will host the Division 1 games with Canada squaring off against Wales in Wellington, England in Dunedin, and France in Auckland. South Africa host Division 2 with the USA playing Samoa in Stellenbosch, followed by Scotland and Italy both in Cape Town. All of the Division 3 games will be played in Dubai with Colombia taking on Fiji, Ireland, and Kenya.

The second and third divisions will begin play on October 13 with the top tier beginning a week later on October 20. Broadcasting details in the Americas are to be confirmed.
