Haitian Kévin Fabien signs extension with Brive until 2026

Kévin Fabien has signed a new contract with Brive. The center will remain at the Top 14 club until 2026. Fabien has a connection to the Americas. The 20-year-old is from Haiti.

Fabien is a French rugby product. He started playing at the age of six. He featured for Red Star Club Champigny from 2012-2016. He subequently joined Stade Français’s junior system in 2016 before linking up with Brive Espoirs.

Brive is home to other players from the Americas. Fabien is one of two players from countries belonging to the Caribbean Sea. The other is Colombian second-rower Andrés Zafra. Also at the club are the Pumas trio of second-rower Lucas Paulos, N8 Rodrigo Bruni and fly half Nicolás Sánchez. The trio are all contenders to play at Rugby World Cup 2023 in France.
