Arrows re-sign top try scorer Jack McRogers

The Toronto Arrows have re-signed Jack McRogers for the 2023 Major League Rugby season. He joins previously announced Gene Syminton as confirmed hooker signings thus far, with Canadian international Lindsey Stevens set to follow after being selected in the Dispersal Draft.

McRogers, 24, enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in 2022. He played in 14 of the team’s 16 games, and led the Arrows in scoring with 6 tries. Having previously represented Canada at u20 level, his fine form earned a full test debut as a replacement against Spain in July.

Toronto are inching closer to a full roster with 28 players now officially signed on for the 2023 campaign. Along with Stevens, other as-of-yet unsigned players whose rights are owned by the Arrows include Collegiate Draft selections Denver Fatt and Gabe Casey, and Dispersal Draft pick Kyle Breytenbach.
