Colombia roster prepare for USA South Panthers

A 24-man Colombia roster is preparing for upcoming matches against the USA South Panthers. Los Tucanes will have home advantage against the USA South in the two match series. The games will be played at the Estadio Moderno in Barranquilla on Wednesday, August 03 and Saturday, August 06.

The series is a warm-up for Colombia. Los Tucanes will compete in the Tri Nations against Brazil and Paraguay later on in August.

Colombia’s roster includes players from the domestic system and soem who competed for Los Cafeteros Pro in the 2022 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby (SLAR).

Cafeteros Pro players on the roster are Carlos Angulo (prop), Luis Giraldo (flanker), Julián Navarro (scrum-half), Jhojan Ortiz (fly half), Juan David Agudelo (center), Alain Altahona (wing), Bryan Guzmán, and Andrés Álvarez (fullback). 2021 Cafeteria Danny Giraldo is also included. Fellow flanker Diver Ceballos is notably absent.
