Argentina Loaded with SLAR Players for Oceania U20 Championship

Argentina will take a 30-man roster to Australia for the Oceania U20 Championship. Included are a heavy contingent of players who featured in the 2022 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby (SLAR). The Oceania U20 Championship will take place from July 05 to July 10. It involves Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and Argentina.

SLAR players include Pedro Rubiolo, Eliseo Chiavassa, Mateo Albanese, Martín Villar, Aitor Bildosola and Tomás Suárez Folch. They played for Los Jaguares XV. Also included is Boris Wegner of Los Cafeteros Pro and Lorenzio Colidio of the Olímpia Lions. Los Pumas 7’s player Tomás Elizalde has also been included as has Argentina’s junior 7’s captain Benjamín Elizalde.
