Talented Jaguares XV Roster for Challenge Cup of the Americas

A talented Jaguares XV roster has been assembled for the upcoming Challenge Cup of the Americas. The 2021 SLAR champions will join the 2022 winners, Peñarol in traveling north to play matches in Colorado this month.

The roster playing under the banner of Los Jaguares XV will include five players from other SLAR teams. Franco Molina (Selknam), Gregorio Hernández, Julián Hernández, Eliseo Morales and Federico Lavanini, (Cafeteros Pro) and Mariano Romanini (Olímpia Lions) have been included on the roster.

There are also players on the roster to travel to Colorado that are on Argentina’s roster for the July internationals. They are prop Mayco Vivas, hooker Ignacio Ruiz and scrum-half Lautaro Bazán Vélez.

Los Jaguares XV are training at Casa Jaguares in Buenos Aires. The team will travel to the USA on June 07.
