Eagles call up five reinforcements for Pacific Four

Five players have joined up with the USA squad for the upcoming Pacific Four tournament in New Zealand. Call-ups were required with nine of the original group of 28 set to play in the Premier 15s Final and Harlequins lock Jenny Kronish ruled out with injury.

Saracens are to play Exeter Chiefs on June 3, less than 48 hours before the first test against Canada. Playing for Saracens are Carly Waters, Alev Kelter, and Lotte Clapp, while Exeter will feature Hope Rogers, Rachel Johnson, Kate Zackary, Megan Foster, Gabby Cantorna, and Jennine Detiveaux. They will join the Eagles for the tests against Australia and New Zealand.

Called up to the squad are flanker Elizabeth Cairns, scrumhalf Shelby Lin, flyhalf McKenzie Hawkins, midfielder Amy Talei-Bonte, and fullback Sam Sullivan. All play their club rugby domestically in the Women’s Premier League. Lin and Sullivan are uncapped.
