Emiliano Boffelli 15 points for Edinburgh who feel sting of Wasps

Puma Emiliano Boffelli scored fifteen points for Edinburgh on Saturday. The Scottish capital side fell to a late 34-30 loss against the Wasps at home in Edinburgh. The result eliminated Boffelli’s team from the European Challenge Cup.

Boffelli kicked six goals for Edinburgh. He landed three penalties and also converted three tries. In addition to his 15 points, Boffelli also had a try assist.

The fullback / wing from Rosario has been a master signing for Edinburgh this season. He joined the team from Racing 92. He has been a regular in the starting line-up and has commonly been used as the goal-kicker.

Boffelli started at fullback and kicked the goals for Los Pumas in their November 2021 tour of Europe. He is now on track to retain the goal-kicking responsibilities and play against many Edinburgh teammates in Argentina’s three-match home series against Scotland in July.
