Argentines Emiliano Boffelli and Ramiro Moyano both scored for Edinburgh in a dominant 56-8 win over Connacht in the United Rugby Championship (URC). The result sees Edinburgh moving up to fourth position in the URC.
Argentina will play host to Scotland in July. The three test matches will all be played in Northern Argentina. Moyano is from the north, though his native Tucumán is not one of the host cities. The matches will take place in Jujuy, Salta, and Santiago del Estero.
Both Boffelli and Moyano are certain to be on the radar for selection for the July test matches. Their form this season for Edinburgh has been impressive.
In the latest round of the URC, Boffelli scored a first half try and Moyano touched down in the second half. Boffelli also converted a perfect 8/8 as every Edinburgh try was turned into a 7 point score.
