The Olímpia Lions have signed Estanislao Arrías from Argentina. In doing so, Arrías is the first player from Entre Rios signed to play in the Súper Liga Americana de Rugby (SLAR).
Arrías is a product of Tilcara. Prior to joining the Olímpia Lions, Tilcara had been home to Arrías for all of his rugby days. He scored a try in his senior level debut in 2000 against La Salle de Santa Fé. He was a provincial champion and has also played at senior provincial level for Entre Rios.
His natural position is fly half and he also plays in the centers. The Olímpia Lions have signed Arrías with the intention of playing him at center.
