Argentines Brex and Nemer to face France in Six Nations

Argentines Juan Ignacio Brex and Iván Nemer will play for Italy on Sunday. The two former Argentina XV players will face France in the opening round of the 2022 Six Nations. Brex will start at outside center while Nemer will feature as a replacement prop.

Brex and Nemer were both born and raised in Argentina. They went through the domestic system, including the academies. They qualify through ancestry; both have an Italian grandparent. A third Argentine may join them in later rounds of the Six Nations. Former captain and Toulon N8 Sergio Parisse awaits a call-up.
