Iosefo and Matai Leuta have departed for Major League Rugby while Lucas Lacamp and Folau Niua are unable to travel. Jack Wendling is also unavailable, while the injury list includes Ben Broselle, Adam Channel, Malacchi Esdale, Jake Lachine, Cody Melphy, and Jerome Nale.

The Eagles finished 2nd in the first Dubai tournament putting them in 4th overall after two rounds. Seville will host the second tournament in Spain, with the North American leg to follow starting in Vancouver at the end of February. Los Angeles hosts on the March 5 weekend.
