Free Jacks loan deal for Gloucester center Jack Reeves

The New England Free Jacks have reached a loan agreement with Gloucester that will see England u20 center Jack Reeves spending the next two Major League Rugby seasons in Boston. When not involved with the Free Jacks he will be available to the English Premiership club.

Reeves can play either center position but is most comfortable in the No13 shirt. He played one match as a replacement for England in the 2019 u20 Six Nations Championship. The 21-year-old had previously been loaned out to RFU Championship club Gloucester-Hartpury.

Notably Reeves will not be considered an import player due to his Canadian eligibility. His father Ross Reeves, who died in April of last year, briefly played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the CFL and also represented Canada in the bobsleigh in World Cup competition before emigrating to England.
