Canada set to lose two forwards for England test

Canada will likely be without two key forwards for their test against England at Twickenham on Saturday. Tighthead prop Tyler Rowland has already been ruled out while second row Josh Larsen is doubtful to feature. Both were injured in the loss against Wales this past weekend.

Rowland replaced Jake Ilnicki at halftime to make his test debut but was forced to leave the pitch after a head-on-head collision with teammate Lucas Rumball in a tackle. Liam Murray is likely to make his first appearance in a match day squad with either Murray or Cole Keith tasked with covering tighthead.

Larsen damaged his lower leg while tackling Wales captain Jonathan Davies in the final sequence of the match. Lucas Albornoz, Don Carson, Reegan O’Gorman, or uncapped Corey Thomas are options to move into the second row vacancy.
