South Africa, Argentina, Georgia and Uruguay set for u20’s 4 Nations

South Africa will play host to a Four Nations competition in June and July. Competing will be the Baby Boks, Argentina, Georgia and Uruguay in what is a u20’s tournament. The competition will run from June 11 to July 3 in Stellenbosch.

All four teams will face each other over three rounds. There will subsequently be a tournament final and a bronze final. Competition points will be awarded as follows: for points for a win, two for a draw and a one point bonus for scoring four tries or more in a match or if losing a match by seven or less points.

Argentina will face Georgia first up while Uruguay will face the home team. Argentina will subsequently face South Africa and then playa against Uruguay. Los Teritos will have their second match against Georgia before facing their neighbors in game three.

Preparations for the competition are set to get underway. Los Pumitas will train at Casa Pumas in Buenos Aires from May 27. Los Teritos will train at the Estadio Charrúa in Montevideo. The teams will fly to South Africa one week before the tournament begins.
