SLAR: 2021 All-Stars

The 2021 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby season has given players from six countries the opportunity of playing professional rugby in South America. The demanding season featured ten regular season rounds, all of which were played on five-day turnarounds.

There is no debate as to which was the leading team of the SLAR regular season. Los Jaguares XV went undefeated, all ten matches bonus point wins. The team’s lowest output in a single game was 40 points. They were the benchmark for all opponents.

SLAR gave both established and young Argentine names the opportunity to further their rugby careers. This was important both for Argentina and the other five – Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. All had strong performers in SLAR 2021. These players came across all positions.
