Old Glory signs wing pair D’Montae Noble and Sam Cusano

Old Glory DC have signed collegiate wingers D’Montae Noble and Sam Cusano for the 2021 Major League Rugby season. The pair were selected in the recent supplementary draft that also served as a dispersal of players previously signed to the withdrawn Dallas Jackals.

Noble is a local player having grown up in neighboring Falls Church, Virginia. The 23-year-old joins from Kutztown University with an impressive sevens resume. He has played for the USA Falcons development side and represented his country at the 2019 Pan Am Games.

Cusano, also 23, arrives from the Cal Golden Bears. A native of Sacramento, he was a Collegiate All-American in both sevens and the 15-a-side game. He was named Most Valuable Player of the 2018 Collegiate Rugby Championship Sevens.
