20 Colombians named on Cafeteros Pro SLAR 2021 roster

20 Colombians have been named on Los Cafeteros Pro roster for the 2021 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby (SLAR) season. FECO Rugby confirmed the 30-man roster. It contains 20 Colombians and 10 Argentines.

Head Coach Rodolfo Ambrosio will have 10 players from his home country, Argentina. The 20 Colombian players are from two departments. There are 17 antioqueños, Oscar Forero from Bogotá, and Juan David Herrera de Risaralda and Freyder Julián Velandia from Bucaramanga.

Los Cafeteros Pro will join five others, each from different South American countries. They are Argentina (Jaguares XV), Brazil (Cobras Brasil XV), Chile (Selknam), Paraguay (Olímpia Lions), and Uruguay (Peñarol). The same five all had teams in the 2020 SLAR competition.
