Mike Sosene-Feagai re-signs with Old Glory

Old Glory DC have re-signed US Eagles hooker Mike Sosene-Feagai for the 2021 Major League Rugby season. The 27-year-old follows the lead of scrumhalf Danny Tusitala in returning from his third stint with Auckland in New Zealand’s Mitre 10 Cup.

Injury delayed Sosene-Feagai’s MLR debut but he started the last two games of the 2020 campaign, wins over Austin and ATL. The five-times capped international went on to play in nine games for Auckland including one start against Canterbury.

There are now seven front rowers publicly confirmed by Old Glory for the upcoming season. Sosene-Feagai is joined by Mo Katz and newcomer James King at hooker, with props announced thus far including looseheads Jack Iscaro and Jamie Dever, and tightheads Steven Longwell and Will Vakalahi.
