Americas Rankings – November 22, 2020

The Americas Rankings is an exclusive on Americas Rugby News. It ranks the men’s test team from throughout the Americas. Matches recognized as caps are used for the rankings. Teams yet to compete since the Americas Rankings began are listed with 30.00 points.

The November 22, 2020 edition considers two matches. The first was a Tri Nations fixture in Newcastle. Australia hosted Argentina in the first of two such fixtures in the competition. There was no winner in game one; the teams competed to a 15-15 draw. The outcome gives Argentina a 0.65 increase in the rankings. This sees Argentina rising to 80.97 points.

Brazil’s 30-10 loss against Portugal saw the home team claiming maximum points. Brazil loses 0.69 rankings points. It sees no change in either the Americas Rankings or World Rankings. Brazil remains 5th in the Americas Rankings and 26th in the World Rankings.
