USAR hosting Stars vs Stripes series for Women’s Rugby Week

USA Rugby will host a two-game Stars vs Stripes series at Infinity Park to celebrate Women’s Rugby Week. The two teams will be comprised of athletes from the Women’s Eagles player pool named in mid-September and concludes an eight-week long training camp at the Glendale facility.

Both matches will be 2pm kickoffs taking place on Wednesday, November 18, and Saturday, November 21. Due to COVID-19 regulations there will be no fan attendance permitted, but a live stream will be available for free on FloRugby on each day.

Landing in the middle of Women’s Rugby Week will be the draw for Rugby World Cup 2021. The Eagles qualified automatically for the tournament by virtue of their fourth place finish in 2017. Since the tournament the USA has played nine tests, winning two.
