Ben Cima returns for third season with Seawolves

Ben Cima will play a third season with the Seattle Seawolves. The two-time Major League Rugby champions have confirmed their starting flyhalf, the latest in a recent string of returning player announcements following Tim Metcher, Brock Staller, and Eric Duechle.

Since joining the team from the San Diego Legion, Cima has been an ever-present in the No10 shirt. The Argentina-born Eagles international missed the first three games of the 2020 campaign with concussion but recovered to play against New England and Utah, scoring a combined 27 points.

Most recently the 24-year-old suited up for the Ohio Aviators at the World Tens Series in Bermuda. His 51 points in the tournament were 4th highest. In fact Cima is yet to miss a kick at goal from the tee for Seattle, though he has taken just 13 attempts with Staller the first choice kicker.
