Imhoff scores in losing Champions Cup Final effort

Juan Imhoff scored again for Racing 92. He did so on Saturday in the Champions Cup Final. Racing 92 faced the Exeter Chiefs in a French Top 14 vs English Premiership contest. It was played in Bristol, in England’s West Country.

Imhoff went over for a solo try in the first half. He did so from scrum-half, darting past two forwards who were unable to lay a finger on him. The 2020 Champions Cup Final was Imhoff’s second appearance in such a fixture.

The Rosario speedster is now preparing to fly to Australia. He will depart on Monday and enter quarantine upon arrival. It is to be Imhoff’s first test match opportunity since RWC 2015. Despite having been overlooked for so long, Imhoff is likely to be starting for Los Pumas on the left wing in the Tri Nations.
