The Utah Warriors have confirmed a four-match fall series for their Warriors Selects side. Composed of local development players and fringe senior squad members, the Selects group has unearthed the likes of Puna Vuli, Thomas Tu’avao, and Dom Toluono who made their MLR debuts in 2020.
Kick-starting the series on October 23 is a local derby against the Rugby Utah All-Stars which is sure to feature some heavy collisions with players hoping to impress ahead of 2021. Northeast Academy, Connecticut Selects, and Legacy Rugby Academy will follow on November 7, 14, and 21 respectively.
All matches are slated for 7pm local kickoffs at Zions Bank Stadium. A limited number of seats are available with COVID restrictions in place. Tickets can be purchased now on the Warriors website.
