Dallas confirms Chad Gough arrival from Colorado

The Dallas Jackals have announced the signing of hooker Chad Gough from the Colorado Raptors. He joins the expansion side for the 2021 Major League Rugby season having started all five games for the Raptors in 2020, playing nearly 90% of all possible minutes.

Gough, 28, is noted for his exceptional speed and ball handling skill in the loose. A first team Collegiate All-American in both 2016 and 2017, he joined the Raptors in late 2018 and shared time with Eagles veteran Zach Fenoglio during his first MLR campaign in 2019.

Dallas have now confirmed three Colorado players for 2021 including second row Kody O’Neil and center Chad London. Also joining is Namibian flanker Wian Conradie while four players were selected in the Collegiate Draft – Conner Mooneyham, Tommy Clark, Levi van Lanen, and Bronson Teles.
