Chad London signs on with Dallas Jackals

USA international Chad London has signed on with the Dallas Jackals for the 2021 Major League Rugby season. The South African-born midfielder arrives from the now-defunct Colorado Raptors. Confirmation follows teammate Kody O’Neil in quick succession.

London, 31, has been a leading player for the Raptors since arriving in 2013. In his three MLR seasons with the team he has played 28 games and was third-highest in minutes played behind Mika Kruse and Luke White. In that time London has scored six tries.

Highly regarded as a defender, London is comfortable at either center position with a near-even split between inside and outside over the past two seasons. He won six caps for the Eagles beginning in 2014, the most recent coming against Russia in June 2016.
