Hughes returns for Eagles in Los Angeles

Madison Hughes has returned to the US Eagles roster for the Los Angeles Sevens. The captain was rested for the Sydney tournament as precaution after taking a knock during the Hamilton event.

There are changes to the squad of 13. Matai Leuta is replaced by Joe Schroeder, with Maceo Brown taking the spot of Marcus Tupuola and named as an alternate. Brown will play for the Falcons development squad on the first day of the LA Invitational before joining the senior side.

The Eagles have been drawn in Pool C for Los Angeles along with Samoa, Scotland, and Australia. They are currently in 6th overall after finishing winning the Bronze Final in Sydney. The LA Invitational kicks off on February 28th with the Sevens Series event starting the next day.
