In 2018 Los Jaguares got their first win over the Stormers, doing so by 25-14 victory in Buenos Aires. In 2019 the Stormers won 35-8 in Cape Town, while Gonzalo Quesada’s side were 30-25 later in the season in Buenos Aires.

The Stormers have won all matches thus far in 2020, while Los Jaguares have a 2-1 record.
