Miotti Named Super Rugby Player of the Week

Domingo Miotti has been named as the Super Rugby Player of the Week. In the opening round of the 2020 Super Rugby season, Miotti scored 18 points for Los Jaguares in what was a 38-8 victory over the Lions in Buenos Aires.

Miotti was not Gonzalo Quesada’s starting fly half. Instead, Joaquín Díaz Bonilla wore the 10 shirt only for a hip injury to see his match ended after just six minutes. Miotti entered the game and went on to deliver a stand-out performance.

In addition to landing all of his kicks at goal, Miotti also scored a try and had a try assist. Moreover, on attack, Miotti had twelve carries.
