Olímpia Lions Finalize Roster with Napolioni Nalaga

The Olímpia Lions have finalized their player roster for the inaugural Súper Liga Americana de Rugby (SLAR). The team coached by former Pumas assistant, Rául Pérez will include Fijian RWC 2011 player Napolioni Nalaga.

Nalaga joins from from London Irish to give the Paraguayan side two classy finishes with the Fijian joining Argentina’s Manuel Montero. They are two of the six wingers, joining Paraguayans Juan González, Renato Cardona, Diego Argaña and Marcelo Matiauda.

For Nalaga the move to Paraguay marks a new continent. He previously was a star player for Clermont in the Top 14 and also impressed in Super Rugby for the Western Force. Countryman Vasikali Mudu joins Nalaga in joining the Olímpia Lions.
