Müller Signs New Deal With Brive

Former Argentine 7’s player, Axel Müller has signed a new deal with Brive. The Top 14 club announced the new extension of Muller’s contract to 2023 along five other players agreeing to terms to extend their contracts.

The 26-year-old Müller joined Brive from Oyonnax in 2018. He did so after previously having played for Toulon. He joined Toulon following the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro where he competed in the Rugby Sevens event with his native Argentina.

As the new year ticks over, Brive are sitting in 9th position in the Top 14. The club has 24 points, a 7 point buffer, at present, to that of the relegation zone. In 8th place is Montpellier, Brive’s next opponents this coming weekend in an away match.
