Rodrigo Fernández Criado Joins Los Ceibos

Three weeks after having been called by to train with Los Jaguares, Rodrigo Fernández Criado has signed for Los Ceibos. In joining Los Ceibos, Fernández Criado officially begins his professional rugby career.

The second-rower made his debut for Belgrano in the URBA Top 12 in June 2019. Like many others he did so after moving to Buenos Aires to play at a higher club level. He did so from Sporting de Mar del Plata.

Standing at 1.97m (6’5″) and weighing 110kg (240lbs) the 21-year-old has the ability and frame for the role. He was calledup by Gonzalo Quesada for Los Jaguares following injury to Ignacio Callas.

Fernández Criado is the third second-rower named on the Los Ceibos roster. He follows Franco Molina, and Carlos Repetto.
