Game 40 of Rugby World Cup 2019 took place earlier today in Yokohama. It was the final match of Pool A and also the last of all of the pool matches. Hosts Japan were up against Scotland, a side to have reached the Quarter Finals in every RWC aside from 2011. The Japanese were looking for a win to top the group and become the first Asian country to reach the Quarter Finals of a RWC.
