Game 28 of Rugby World Cup 2019 took place earlier today in Kumamoto. It was the first fixture in the southern Japanese city of the tournament. Competing for a place in the Quarter Finals were France. They needed a win to secure their place and eliminate not only Tonga but also both Argentina and the USA from contention.
