Domínguez Out of Currie Cup First Division Final

Los Jaguares XV winger Julían Domínguez has been ruled out of playing in the Currie Cup First Division Final. Having been injured in the Semi Final win over Valke, Dominguez returned to Argentina where he will now be sidelined for two months through injury.

Domínguez scored eight tries for Los Jaguares XV in the Currie Cup First Division. This saw hime continuing his strong performances in 2019 which had previously seen him being a stand-out for the Argentina XV.

His untimely injury now means he will be unable to play not only in the final in South Africa but also for Pucará in the URBA Top 12. Despite now being unable to play he remains a player in contention for a call-up by Gonzalo Quesada for the 2019 Super Rugby season.
