20 Teams To Compete at Barbados World Sevens

20 competitors are to compete at the 2019 Barbados World Sevens. This year’s event will take place at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown on December 13-14.

Kensington Oval is no stranger to top class sport. It hosted the 2007 Cricket World Cup Final between Australia, and Sri Lanka. Overall in the tournament it would host a total of seven fixtures.

Competing at the 2019 Barbados World Sevens are to be twelve women’s and eight men’s team. Caribbean nations are to be representing including Barbados, Guadeloupe, and St Lucia. Also taking part will be Trinidad & Tobago’s police. Teams from outside of the region confirmed for the event are from Canada, England, and the USA.
